About Me
For almost three decades I lived in two worlds. I very successfully built my professional career, working in positions including sales representative and regional manager, until I resigned my post as Senior Vice President for a major retailer. At the same time, I became an herbalist, iridologist and nutritional consultant and I studied with many brilliant teachers including, Dr. Bernard Jensen, Carolyn Myss, Deepak Chopra, Dr Norm Sheely, Shakti Gaiwan, . Then I discovered coaching. I found the work to be life altering and I decided I needed to become one myself.
I am a Certified Coach through Coach U University and a Certified Mind/Body Integrative Coach. I have developed a specialized practice where I combine my training as a Life and Business Coach, my experience as an Equestrian Coach and my expertise as a health care professional.
My goal is to help people become successful, well-rounded individuals who lead fulfilling lives at work and at home. During my sessions, I utilize Mind/Body Integrative Coaching to help individuals move their perceptions out of their heads and into the emotional body. With the broader vision of the emotional body, it is far easier to see how the “feeling state” affects every relationship in life and from there, see where positive change can be made. I have also developed a unique program and can bring my horses into the work to do Equine Assisted Coaching. The horse brings a dimension that reflects aspects of life we cannot see on our own.
I work with my clients to set goals and then develop a personalized program to develop a plan of action. Our one-on-one sessions are enhanced and enriched with telephone and email support.
I live and work just outside of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
